First Aid
All your bags are packed and you are waiting for the taxi to get you to the airport. You have your clothes, money, passport, camera all packed but do you have a first aid box in your baggage? Well if you do not, then think of canceling your travel plans at least for now or if you have enough time before your flight ensure that you get one organised ASAP.
Traveling can be a fun filled exciting experience, but if you do end up with bad health, it can be frustrating and maddening during your travel. Carrying a small first aid kit on all your trips is necessary for any ardent traveler. A first aid kit should contain prescriptions, pain relievers, and medications for colds, cough and fever. Many travelers fall ill when they consume bad foods that can cause them to end up with a bad tummy. There fore precautions need to be taken and they should be equipped with proper medication that will help them control illnesses relating to a bad tummy in a first aid kit. Your first aid box should contain mosquito repellants, antacids and sunscreen lotions especially if your travel plans are to destinations that have hot and humid weather conditions.
Always ensure that your first aid box is easy accessible and kept in your hand baggage. You don't want to be rummaging your entire baggage if you have developed a slight fever and need immediate medication? Carry a first aid box with all the necessary medications and enjoy your travel.
